Alliance Care Professionals is currently looking for Care Workers who are truly passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly people in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently recruiting for full time Home Care Assistants with flexible hours available.

As a Care Assistant you would have a great opportunity to make a real difference to peoples’ lives in supporting them to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

The key skills that we are looking for is that you have a compassionate, kind and caring nature. Although previous experience would be preferred it is not essential as full training is given.

Salary: £11.70 to £14.40 per hour

Flexible Working Pattern: 

• Long days including weekend
• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift 

Duties

• You are required to provide personal and domestic care to vulnerable adults/ elderly, in their own homes.
• Assisting them to get ready for the day
• Bathing, washing and showering
• Assisting with medication
• Monitoring clients’ conditions
• Meal preparation
• Getting ready for bed
• Social and leisure outings
• Ironing and light housework
• Shopping.

Requirements

• Full Driving license essential
• Good communication and written skills
• Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism
• Experience in care essential
